"We Need a Resolution"

Im going to talk about this article and it’s called “We Need a Resolution” these articles is going to talk about what you need to handle in a job and break up with your co-worker and were going to talk about conflict with your employees.
The main thing is conflict with your employees sometimes you disagree with them and agree with yourself and you ignore what they said like blocking what they say by covers your ears.
The conflict-resolution strategies’ are to keep your cold and probably don’t get mad by cussing and profanity and no life threat or they might call to police your going to get in really big trouble if your really not mad just walk away or even ignore what your co-worker is saying if you were me I would fight that person and prove my point by fighting.
If you were walking in my shoes you will probably make everything worst by fighting or destroying stuff and maybe get me fired and life threading to the boss and calling him names and I will be fired and I won’t support my family and I will be broke with no money be trying to ask for money from my parents.
My parents will probably say to take responsibility and work and agreement to your boss so you can get rehired and start getting money that’s my statement.

"Caring For The Big Guys"

I’m going to talk about ‘Big Guys’ Big Guy their talking like horses, cows, and occasional giraffe provide daily on the job. Their man called Bob Rednour he clean every animal. He cleans their teeth and stuff that you don’t want to know because it disgusting but he’s really likes his job and it’s a good paid and income level is pretty good. This man makes a lot of money just from cleaning of animals. It’s could the like veterinarians at the clinic usually start their workdays by making appointments but their majority of their time is spent traveling to farms to treat animals and give them much care involves vaccinating livestock, but the veterinarians also tend wounds, diagnose disease, treat sick animals, and help with difficult births.
Rednour works about fifty to sixty hours per week, nut he worked as many as one hundred hours a week when he first started his career. Now he’s working a part time so he can enjoy being with his family or by himself. His wishing to he want to get a raise so he can make more trips to island and different continents and travel like everyday so his family and go too.

"A Growing Field"

I’m going to talk about this article that I just read and it’s called “A Growing Field”, This Article is going to talk about how to grow a garden and how much is the income if you grow and you’ll sell your vegetable’s to the market. This guy name is John Christian he gets up everyday to feed his plant and his gardens he checks them out because they might be dying or some random people might be stealing his vegetables or maybe stealing his flower like rose etc.
John bought the property so he can make a small farm and it cost him $15,603 and it came out of his own pocket. He hates winter because it’s worst in winter time he his to get a plastic bag to cover all his plant or they might die and they can live and sometimes plants will die but he doesn’t want any of his plants dying or else their goes money. If students want to learn anything what I said you can go to (CSA) program gives people in the community a chance to learn all these stuff and community members pay a fee that entitles them to a weekly supply of produce but it’s worth it please just try it even if you don’t even care you’ll probably like it.
